DO I NEED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT?

Wedding appointments are not necessary. The whole team is trained to walk you through the process.

If you prefer a one on one appointment with our wedding manager you can reach out to Jamie to schedule this at jamie@jlongs.com. He is available Monday - Saturday from 9am - 5pm and would love to meet up and go over the finer details with you.

*If you’re planning on bringing a large group in for a fitting, we’d love it if you called in and gave us a heads up. That way, we can have everything set up for you ahead of time and keep things efficient and enjoyable for you and your wedding party!

 

HOW FAR AHEAD DO I NEED TO SET UP MY WEDDING?

Our ordering process can only get started once we have a list of your wedding party member’s sizes. Because of this, the sooner you come see us, the better. We have found that at least 9-12 months is ideal. This timeline allows the time needed for collecting sizes and ordering items with plenty of time for tailoring upon arrival.

 

WHAT IS THE WEDDING SUIT PURCHASE PACKAGE?

The wedding suit package includes a suit (jacket, pants, and basic tailoring), shirt, and tie for everyone in your wedding party at a significantly discounted rate compared to buying from stock.

Don’t need everything? You have the option to buy only the items you need and skip whatever you don’t.

 

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF A WEDDING PARTY MEMBER LIVES OUT OF TOWN?

Wedding party members who live out of town and cannot make it in for one or more of the fittings have the option to send in their measurements. The first fitting can easily be done at a menswear store in their area. They will want to collect a full set of measurements and then call them in to our store.
